B&B facilities

Our Rosemoor room comprises a small suite with king-sized bed, a lobby area where there is a large built-in wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilities and a separate luxury bathroom with roll top bath and walk- in shower.

Exmoor room comprises a bedroom with super-king bed, which can be split into twin beds.  It has a modern en-suite shower room and tea/coffee making facilities.  This room has beautiful views across Exmoor.

Our breakfast room is available for guests to use at any time and has a dining table and chairs as well as a small sofa.  Guests are welcome to use the board games and books provided, and there is also a piano.

When staying with us, you can enjoy  a  breakfast of fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice, hot drinks and a variety of cooked breakfast options.  We provide fresh free range eggs from our own hens and ducks,  sausages and bacon from pigs kept on our land and a variety of vegetarian alternatives. 

We have almost 4 acres of land including a large garden where B&B guests are invited to take a stroll or sit by the pond.  In summer months we provide informal seating where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a picnic.  Our wildflower meadow has stunning views over Exmoor.  We also have fenced areas where we keep poultry, bees and pigs.

We have a large in and out drive at the front of the property where you can park safely.  

We also have stables where you may store your bikes if you arrive on two wheels!
