dog friendly holiday cottage

Our delightful cottage offers self catering accommodation for up to 4 adults and 2 dogs.  It comprises a large open plan downstairs area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a comfy 3-piece suite and Smart TV. Downstairs you will also find a utility area and shower room.  Upstairs there are two ensuite bedrooms.  

The cottage is served by high speed internet and has Wi-Fi throughout.  

The cottage is thatched and is traditionally built using cob and stone.  It seamlessly combines old world charm with modern fixtures and fittings.  

There is limestone flooring throughout downstairs with underfloor heating and original exposed beams are everywhere!  If you're tall, don't worry - the ceilings are at a good height (even if you're 6ft 4in like Kevin, you're unlikely to bump your head!).  

The cottage has a private fenced garden where guests and their furry friends may relax at the end of a busy day exploring what Devon has to offer. 

The hot tub is available all year round and guests are provided with towelling robes for extra comfort and convenience.  

We have a secure field where guests can exercise their dogs or family!  

We also have a wildflower meadow accessed via our private garden in the summer months, which B&B and cottage guests may use to enjoy the views, take a rest or sit around the fire pit.

In the summer months you can sit around the fire pit in our wildflower meadow and enjoy the stunning views across Exmoor and beyond or at night, listen to the owls hooting whilst you enjoy cooking over the fire.
